Just read TheEdge newspaper this morning and learned that Singapore rental price is the 5th highest in the world. In order to earn this position, lots of right things and policy need to be in place and not many bad issues around.
A country, a city or even a specific location is no different. The value of property in a particular location is directly proportionate to many variables of factors. People always say choose a good location but this one word actually encompass many other elements such as the neighborhood, distance from town, public transport, highway, and sometime the name of a location will have a bearing on the demand......if I may say overall "feng shui" despite the fact that I have only limited knowledge in feng shui.
Well, Feng Shui is a 5,000 year-old sciences or arts? in the two oldest civilization i.e. China and India. I strongly believe that if something can exist and relevant for 5,000 years, there must be something good about it. So, please start learning the basic feng shui knowledge.
